Kocreate (Civitas Opus Private Limited or COPL, as may be applicable), a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956, and herein after referred in short “Kocreate”. (“Kocreate”, “we,” “us,” and/or “our”) gathers information in connection with the access and use of through its mobile applications, internet platforms and other software made available by Kocreate (“Software”) and its website located at www.kocreate.com(the “Site”) (collectively, such services, Software and the Site, collectively, the “Service(s)”), by each member, guest and any other person who uses Kocreate’s Services or the Website (referred to in this Privacy Policy as “user”), how we use such information, and who may access that information. This Privacy Policy is integrated by reference to the Kocreate Membership Terms of Service.

USE OF THE SERVICES, MOBILE APP (IOS AND ANDROID) OR THE WEBSITE CONSTITUTES USERS UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF THE USER DO NOT AGREE WITH AND ACCEPT ALL OF THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OR THE WEBSITE AND DO NOT PROVIDE OR SUBMIT ANY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION VIA OR WHILE USING THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES.

This Privacy Policy may be revised by us at any time or periodically to include /exclude clauses without prior notice to anyone and Kocreate does not bear responsibility for updating Users on the same. We advise that the user review this Privacy Policy each time they use the Services or the Website so that the user is aware of any changes. User’s continued use of the Services or the Website following any changes in this Privacy Policy will constitute acceptance of such modifications by the user.

Unless otherwise specified by Kocreate, revised policy will take effect automatically and be binding on and from the day they are posted on the Site.

Personal Information

We collect certain information about our users in connection with on-line or offline registration as a member of Kocreate at the Website and mobile applications. In addition, the user may, disclose or disseminate personal or business data and/or information in connection with the user’s access of the Services while using Kocreate or its affiliates’ networks or equipment, which data and information will be stored or cached on Kocreate’ systems, computers, servers or other equipment. All of the foregoing information, together with any other information described below as “Personal Information,” will be referred to herein as “Personal Information.” Certain personal information that may be captured in our systems may include the following but not limited to

  • Full name
  • Address
  • E-mail address
  • Credit card/ debit card number and/or other payment account information
  • Proof of Identity

Refund Policy

Level 1 Resolution – Transactions may be disputed at anytime up to 2 (two) days, from the date of transaction by the member/ client/ individual/ company. The payer may raise a dispute by sending an email with payment details to hello@kocreate.work.

On such notification kocreate.work will conduct an internal review of such matter and will, within 5 (five) working days from receipt of notification, revert in writing either:
confirming refund (“REFUND REQUEST”) thereby initiating refund of the payment.

Disputed Transaction (“REFUND MONIES”); in full or part with detailed reasons thereof, OR

Providing detailed reasons as to why refund request is not warranted, together with all documentary evidence in support of contesting such Disputed Transaction.

Level 2 resolution – In case of dissatisfaction with the resolution at Level 1, the same can be escalated within 7 days from the date of notification received at Level 1. The escalation can be made to Nodal Officer, Redressal Cell, Email id management@kocreate.work

All disputes are subject to Noida jurisdiction.
